Well, I was sitting here this morning on this Saturday 28th of May, 2010 in my office wondering how on earth I was going to help a specific team of managers in one of the businesses that I run.

And I was getting rather frustrated with some of the attitudes in the replies and so I would “Natter, natter, natter” on the keys as I replied hastily with ideas…
